In our retail store in Caraglio, a few kilometers from Cuneo, all the typical pasta formats of Italian cuisine are available: agnolotti, cappelletti, gnocchi, egg pasta, ravioli, tagliatelle, tagliolini, tortellini, ravioli del plin and valgranotti with Castelmagno cheese.

Prepared exclusively with natural ingredients such as potato flakes, "00" wheat flour, durum wheat semolina, eggs and selected meats.

They are instantly frozen and brought to a temperature of -18°C, without any kind of preservatives, guaranteeing a genuine product of superior quality.
